Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns or exchanges on makeup products if you change your mind due to hygiene reasons.

Damages and Incorrect Orders

We take great care when packing and sending your order out for delivery to ensure the correct order leaves our hands in pristine condition. However, in the case that you receive the wrong item or it is damaged in transit please contact us at hello@behuebeauty.com.au within 3 days of receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you don't see the refund in your bank account please contact us at hello@behuebeauty.com.au.

Allergic Reactions

We are unable to provide a refund for allergic reactions as it is the responsibility of the consumer to carefully check the ingredient list before making a purchase.
