Shipping Policy
All purchases made will be shipped within 2-3 business days of placing your order. We offer free standard shipping for orders over $100.
Standard shipping usually takes 5–7 business days.
Express shipping usually takes 2–3 business days.
Please note delivery to more remote, regional areas may take longer. You will receive a tracking number for your package once you place your order.
COVID-19 Shipping
Due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19 across Australia with restrictions and increased demands for online orders, our third-party vendors have experienced delays.
Behue Beauty takes no responsibility for packages that are not delivered on time or at the extent permitted by law if such failure occurs from an event that is defined as beyond reasonable control. An event beyond reasonable control is defined as but not limited to, war, rebellion, natural disaster, labour strikes and pandemics such as COVID-19.
We will do our best to ensure that your order arrives on time but cannot control the policies and procedures of third-party vendors.
Lost Packages
Behue Beauty accepts no responsibility for lost or unclaimed packages. Online tracking is available to you, and you are notified via email once an order is placed. It is the responsibility of the customer to track the item via email link where tracking is provided. Customers should access their tracking code to check when the package will arrive or delays in delivery. If the wrong address information is entered at the checkout page when an order is placed on the website, a parcel will be sent out and may be returned back to us. The customer will be responsible to pay for the product(s) to be re-sent to the correct address once provided.
